What most golfers are not aware that the technique is true that hard to reach are often hampered by a muscle imbalance floor. Postural muscle imbalances are causing deficiencies defects movements, discomfort or pain during activities such as golf swing. The repetitive movements, such as golf swing can cause the muscles on one side of the body to strengthen the apposing while muscles are weakened and strained. This often results in a loss of power and precision of a golf swing. For a golfer to reach its true potential, we must correct these imbalances that hinder its ability to carry out the proper technique.
