Its Not About The Bicep Curl When It Comes To Golf Fitness Training
How many of you have read, It's Not About The Bike by Lance Armstrong? What have we learned about the life of Lance, is that their mission is to survival, digging deep, in honour of its goals and commitments, and following your dreams, despite the often difficult way up. After an interview I did recently with Annika Sorenstam the coach, it made me think about golf training elite level and what really was. Then I hit, is not on the biceps curl. You can see the biceps curl, is one of many vehicles to display the strength of a part of before your arm. It is a vehicle in the same way that cycling is the way to Lance Armstrong to show his commitment, intensity, desire to win and a very large force. This is to ensure that the position is correct and there is no place unnecessary stress on the body. The biceps curl, also has to do with the understanding that the power not only come from the body parts, but a much deeper understanding of resources, such as the brain sending positive thoughts and messages of any movement I know you can do two more and feel the power of place I've never liked this exercise, I feel when I am weak promises.
